Thank you Universe πŸ’«πŸŒŽπŸͺGratitude post ❤️πŸ™

So this happend on 11th Aug ‘23 and I got the MRI on Aug 18th ‘23 after realising that the pain isn’t going to subside because it felt peculiar like never before, so here it is your body always talks to you, it tells you what’s not regular, and what it won’t accept.

Phew, post the MRI, I was sunk into denial, because what initially was diagnosed as spondylitis cervical was actually not, this is why good doctors with second opinion matter, and also there is a gut inside us which reveal with time for what sometimes we don’t have a clear sight of.

Two months of bed rest, painful back, sleepless nights, restricted neck movement with neck collar, swelling all over left scapula & back, swollen sunken eyes, longest days with even longer nights however one constant approach from 3 idiots - Aal not All - Aal is well ☺️

Daily physiotherapy, immediate meditation, daily “I’m the best” mirror smiles, daily self pep talks, daily self motivation, daily stretching movement because I’m still not a tree 🌴 yet, constant support from my closest friends who didn’t miss a day to check up on me offering constant motivation and strength that I will make it better sooner than I know, and there I was at the start line for 15th Oct VDHM 2023 so thank you universe for believing in me and allowing me a chance to do what I love the most ❤️πŸƒπŸ»‍♀️

Injuries are always a sign of something that is not aligning right in our lives, be that trauma or physical.

Just like we don’t say to a patient who just survived a car crash with physical open wounds to right up move on, we should never recommend moving on to people who survive emotional trauma in their life!

Mental health devastation can never be compared with an injured body, because both have their own impact of pain and recoveries in place these two can never be compared.

If you see someone struggling with their lives, wish them speedy recovery, loads of prayers, loads of luck, loads of support and your best because that’s what plays a key role in almost all come backs!!

Physical injuries have defined timelines including physiotherapy for recoveries however mental health recoveries are so undefined, and that’s what makes the come backs for the survivors scary and challenging and more than anyone around it’s the most devastating for the survivor!!

There are so many souls in this universe who do not get any support which inturn becomes their biggest support for their comebacks!!

So whenever your heart tells you that there is someone who is giving their best shot to survive, try and be patient with them and love them rather than trying an extra hand to understand them.

What Love can do to a person no amount of understanding can ever do ❤️πŸ™

I love the following lines from Billie Ellish -

“Think I forgot how to be happy, something I’m not but something I can be, something I wait for, something I’m made for.

I used to float, now I just fall down, I used to know but I’m not sure now, what I was made for, what was I made for !?

Cause I, I dunno how to feel,

But I wanna try I dunno how to feel.

When did it end !? All the enjoyment !?

I’m sad again don’t tell my boyfriend cuz it’s not what he’s made for, what was I made for !? ❤️❤️”

P.S : **this is a happy post** 🌞

Do it for the days when you ONLY had you, because you deserve to be happy, that’s what you were made for ❤️πŸ™

Does the pain still exist though !? Yes, and peaks at nights however I have built the endurance around it, so if you know a really good chiropractor in Delhi - NCR, please recommend, looking forward πŸ’™

Pics : 1) MRI’s

2) the day I transcended into the injury right after a superb work out, that work out glow and the injury followed.

3) at the start line.

4) post run πŸƒπŸ»‍♀️πŸ₯‡ overwhelmed πŸ₯°
