Read to understand and NOT judge!

So many Indians, love to bitch about ‘Hindu Muslim’ give anything with religion and everyone forgets other things that come with it. Some more illiterate ones want to just speak when they KNOW NOTHING about the core issue, and compare HITLER and Nazism almost everything, everywhere.

Citizenship Amendment Bill has reduced the number of years for naturalisation from 11 to 5 years. It DID NOT bar Muslims for applying for citizenship, however it relaxed it for other communities.

Whether you like this or not depends on whether you believe in the Two Nation Theory more, or equal treatment to all as secularism more. Whether you focus more on how the countries were established or how they are today.

Both of them have their merits and demerits and ONLY court can decide if there is intelligent and reasonable differentia or not, but 3 primary concerns with this entire bill that I have : 

1) How is religion determined !?

The Act does not say ‘born Hindu’ it just says Hindu or Christian. If a Pakistani Muslim converts into Hinduism, comes to India, gets the citizenship and converts back to Islam, what will you do !?

The bill doesn’t answer THIS. It will lead to fake mass conversion and if you think it will NOT happen or has never happened before, I’ll address it soon.

Also, what is persecution !? Are we adopting the definition from Rome Statute!? Or we have OUR OWN NOTION OF IT !?

Please search the profile Jaint Kumar on facebook itself, and please see how he lives as a HINDU in Pakistan. He from his words is persecuted in no way, and is STRONGLY anti India (he is patriotic nothing wrong in that). So if he randomly comes and applies for the citizenship, are we supposed to assume that he is persecuted by default !?

The bill, with an intention to protect the minorities of the neighbouring countries, could have been prepared better. It is so vague that even if respected KK Venugopal saves it by proving that it has an intelligible reasonable differentia, it is extremely difficult to see how there will be smooth application of it when everything isn’t as defined as it should be.

2) What are we going to do with the people who are held illegal immigrants!?

Do we pick them and throw them outside the border in Bangladesh!? How are we going to deport someone to Bangladesh who has lived in India for all their life !?!! Bangladesh is NOT going to accept them it’s a FACT so we drop them at the border and be like ‘TATA - Oka bye’ !???????

This will OBVIOUSLY result in Mass Refugee crisis the way Myanmar has done it and Yes NOT Hitler nor GENOCIDE. Myanmar’s citizenship law 1982 and Constitution 2008 had the same demands. Prove that you have been in this territory from this period, or your citizenship is cancelled. In the end they landed up making beggars as refugees too, because they had no documents to prove anything. WOW.

The ONLY difference is that in Myanmar Rohingyas had no right to appeal, however in India immigrants will get 120 day period to appeal, yet if someone has absolutely no family or possession to show how will they prove their citizenship!?

Are we in agreement with the other 3 countries!? where we can safely say that we won’t be violating our duty to not create refugees !?

3) The Assam Issue :

In 1960s and 70s, Assam saw what is known as the Assam Movement. In the census of 1961 and 1971, it was seen that the rise in the Assamese speakers was much higher than the increase in population itself. It meant many Bangladeshi Bengali speakers converted into Assamese speakers as to mingle with the local population, so if anyone feels people won’t CONVERT AGAIN, you are wrong about it.

Assamese felt the threat about their culture and language as the Bengalis grew in good numbers and saw them playing a major role in influencing their elections, hence an accord was signed between central, state govt. and leaders of Assam movement, and it was agreed that all illegal immigrants, regardless of religion, will be kicked out.

Now with NRC, they will throw all the immigrants out of Assam and then they’ll take all the Hindu and Christians back in with CAB and will give them official powers to influence Assam and Tripuras elections, culture, language and everything!!!

Why does anyone think Assamese will keep  HINDU identity above their culture and language !? Especially in a country where states were primarily formed on linguistic basis !?

I don’t know how many people are aware however the original Two Nation Theory was proposed in the year 1867 by Syed Ahmed Khan, ie. 2 years before Gandhi was even born, and 9 years before Jinnah was born; NOT on the line of religion BUT language.

The initial idea of Two Nation Theory was that Urdu & Persian speaking Muslims can’t live with Hindi and related language speaking Hindus. Scholars agree that Jinnah and others just translated it into religion, while it actually was a fight of language.

Later, Bangladesh itself got separated form Pakistan because they did not accept the supremacy of Urdu over their Bangla.

Considering these conditions, how appropriate is it to let Bangla speaking Bangladeshis into Assam officially on the ground of non Muslim identity !?

How happy were Marathis when Biharis started migrating in their state !?

The govt. then has to ensure no Bangladeshi immigrant settles in Assam or Tripura or else we have recently tried solving The age old Kashmir issue, our future generation will be busy solving Assam’s. Internet had to be CUT, definitely should speak volumes how Strongly CAB has been opposed there.

P.S : This is a law which is way too important to be drafted so vaguely. NRC and CAB can’t be read separately and it is highest level of IGNORANCE to see its merits and demerits only on the lines of ‘Secularism’ and ‘Two Nation Theory’ ; its improper execution will lead to so many negative consequences that none of us will be able to deal with.

Hyderabad rape case encounter!!

You can get offended, or understand the post - choice lies with you!

In early 1970s in Madhya Pradesh, a young boy in a small village was offered a job to work in a city. The boy and his mother agreed, the boy left with the man to board a train from a nearby village to Jabalpur.

Within 2 days the man returned alone narrating to the boys mother, how the boy stepped out on the station to drink water and never returned.

Within no time, the police found out a brutally burnt body in a nearby forest, with a box full of poisoned sweets lying near it.

The mother identified the half burned clothes, the shopkeeper identified the box of sweets along with the man as the person who bought it.

The man was charged and found guilty in the lower court & the high court. And in the supreme court the man himself confessed that the boy used to harass his daughter so he poisoned him. He was found guilty of the premeditated murder and was ordered death penalty.

Two years after the man was hanged, the boy somehow managed to return to his village narrating how he got off the train to drink water and how he couldn’t make it to the train nor the village because he had no identification of his village.

It turned out that the identification of his half burnt clothes by his mother, sweet box by the shopkeeper and the confession, was all done under the pressure of police to shut the case down as soon as possible.

This is one of those rare cases which proved that all the evidences produced before the court were all lies, as the victim himself returned alive.

In states where naxalism was present earlier, the police used to tie every unsolvable murder to naxals and get done with it.

Now imagine police making it a norm of encountering based on accusations and people thinking that the justice has been served !?!!!

When the French reign of terror started under Maximilien Robespierre, they too used to execute without a crisp trial claiming swift justice. The end result was that it was tyranny all around. Anyone would accuse anyone of treason and get them executed and the govt. ended up executing more than 16 thousand people between June 1793 to July 1794 in the name of criminal justice and protecting society.

Today the Hyderabad police fake encountered 4 accuses of Hyderabad rape. There is no argument that the encounter was fake, why!? 4 of them stole guns from the police !? If yes then it was a really bad script. If no, then you cannot execute all 4 because one of them stole the gun, also you shoot them in the leg to incapacitate them, not to kill them.

People who are getting happy over it are getting happy over a fake encounter, which in deeper essence means ‘ Police murdering someone and then hiding evidence’ ; which for a society should be The Most Frightening Thing!!!!!

And now imagine if this becomes a Trend!????

After Nirbhaya, they lynched a man in Tripura, who was accused of rape and later found innocent.

Why as a society are we forgetting that each move like this, leads a country towards a regime of lawlessness and police brutality !?

The way its said ‘tumhara ya tumhare ghar mein se kisi ke saath rape hoga tabh pata chalega’ same goes with ‘Tumhara ya tumhare kisi relative ka fake rape case mein lynch ya encounter hojayega tabh pata chalega’

You can celebrate lawlessness only when you are not the one who is accused.

Bigger question is who is to blame !? The society !? NO.

Do we all properly remember the police encounter of the four SIMI terrorists in MP !?

At that time the sense of ‘Anti Nationalism’ was high, and the society was regularly fed the hate against their own patriotic sentiments. RESULT !? Everyone celebrated an encounter which was again, prima facie fake!!!

Everytime a sentiment rises to such a point that the people start believing that the law is not justice, they find comfort in lawlessness.

Thomas Hobbes himself said, that the law should be able to keep peace, if not then the society owes nothing to it.

If the present court and justice systems cant provide speedy trials, quick access to justice, the society does not owe a duty to believe that it is anything.

We cannot blame society for this, but the lagging justice system, lack of judges, slow progression in courts.

This happiness in the society for a fake encounter merely reflects THE FACT THAT THE SYSTEM IS FAILING.

And lets be honest, none of those 4 accused were innocent. They were caught on camera and unless the police has acquired exceptional video editing skills, they sure were GUILTY. I am NOT sad about their encounter, they would’ve been hanged in the court anyway in my opinion.

But does that give us a right or to the police to judge !?

Even if we know that they were guilty, there has to be a process for it. And if the present system is failing to uphold the society’s faith in the system, its time to revamp it.

So much of money is lost in scams, thousands of crores !? Imagine this money being instead used in the appointment of required judges!? Establishing courts !? Digitalisation of the entire judicial system !?

We as a scared and worried society, can easily celebrate the extrajudicial killings, but we will cry tears of blood like every society where the police has been given a free hand and we let it get established as a norm, if we do not withdraw from such celebrations and understand the deeper and dangerous meaning behind its ugly face.

The solution is again, pressuring the govt. to revamp the current criminal justice system, and not in totality eradicating it.

You must have seen this image circulating on Internet everytime a major incident of rape occurs.

But there is a problem I observe here,

First, the way ‘instant’ is written is wrong.

Like in India, it takes years for them to prove rape. There is no legal system where death penalty is given ‘instant’ except North Korea where it is given for not saluting its dictator too.

In UAE, married women are often arrested after they are raped for having ‘sex outside marriage’. In 2016, they arrested a woman who was gangraped for having sex with other men.

In Afganistan, its the same. In 2009, a woman named Gulnaz was raped by a relative and SHE got a 12 year prison term for having sex outside marriage. She bore the child of the rapist who was born in the prison itself. Her sentence was later forgiven by the president after she had already served for 2 years inside the jail.

Also in Afganistan, raped women are discarded by the society, and are termed as ‘Badnaam’ and in many cases are later honour killed. During Soviet Afgan war the soviets kidnapped and raped many women who never returned home in the fear of being killed.

In Iran, rape victims are required to prove their rape by providing two witnesses. If the rapists pay them money, they are free to compromise and this is called ‘Jirrah’ and incase of murder ‘Jirrah’ is called ‘Diyya’ but in both the cases of rape and murder it can be compromised and the judges even persuade victims to compromise.

In China, when the criminal statute initially came up, they termed rape as Whoring, resulting in rape victims being labelled as prostitutes. Even though the word was amended, women in China don’t speak up and there was a report of a man who had raped over 100 women but none reported cuz of the social stigma attached.

There are many countries with which this comparison has been done, like Israel, where it is said that they give death penalty, but actually maximum punishment for rape is 16 years of jail.

There are only 56 countries where they still observe death penalty. Out of this 6 maintain death penalty only for specific offences, like Brazil has death penalty only for Treason. 32 countries have abolished it in practice by not giving a single death penalty in 10 years. We thus are left with only 18 countries that actively give death penalty, and in half of them the victim gets punished for having sex with other men.

Point is, this is a misinformation possibly spread to agitate people. People agitate for death punishment thinking India is the only country where they don’t give it. Consequence is that we go nowhere.

IMO The actual demand in India should be of speedy trial and stronger police patrolling and also change in societal attitude. 

Rape cases in India keep hanging in courts like property disputes. Demanding death penalty in India is of no fruitfulness as we already are one of the few countries that give death penalty without making the VICTIM guilty for it. We only need speedy trial, we already have the law.

Please people do not believe everything that is spread on social media, invest in your own research. Please read 🙏

The upcoming Chief Justice of India, Justice Bobde said in an interview that Judges too get bothered by criticism on social media and people commenting on a case, by personally attacking the judge and raising questions on his personal identity is excessive use of free speech.

I’m glad it’s time, someone actually realised this and I really hope the courts should realise super soon how strongly media plays a role in triggering these personal attacks & mockery 🙏

If anyone also remembers in 2017, we saw a news headline of The Hindu that said ‘Women sandals without straps are not slippers - rules Delhi High Court’

This lead to the entire Twitter erupting and people attacking & mocking the court for spending time on deciding what is a sandal by numerous dumbwits who did not even read the case, because if they’d read they’d know that it was a matter of tax, which is different for different type of footwear and the court was deciding if the petitioner was being taxed for something else while he was manufacturing something else.

BUT the Court was made fun of, because The Hindu decided to induce in a clickbait in a court case.

Media houses have developed a new trend, first spread misinformation on social media and then delete it.

Even really tiny websites like The Frustrated Indian once wrote that the Nobel Laureate Abhijit Banerjee, who recently criticised the government policies, in 2012 wrote an article in The Hindu, in an attempt to justify the Nirbhaya Case.

First, they got it circulated, tried to tarnish his image and then later deleted it when someone certain pointed out that Abhijit’s article was posted 2 months before the Nirbhaya Case even happened.

I earnestly pray, that in near future the court stricts the liability of media houses and start slapping fines for inducing clickbaits, unnecessary outrage porn, and spreading misinformation in the matter of law, court and cases ❤️

Ravana : The Women Right’s Activist

Every year on Dusshera and Rakshabandhan a few people praise Ravana, for he never touched Sita and waited for her consent (which he never got cuz lord Ram popped an arrow in his naval) and say things like a brother should be like Ravana who fought for his sister with even Gods.

Let me break it down :

- In viavat puraan, Surpanakha was married to Dushtabuddhi, an Asur in the court of Ravana.

Ravana killed him and made her a widow.

In another version she secretly married, Vidhyutjihva, a Danav from hell.

Ravana killed him and made her a widow here too.

-Hence, Surpnakha always wanted to kill Ravana after this. When she met Ram & Laxman and Laxman chopped her nose, Ravana wasn’t the brother she went to, she went to Khar & Dushan. They first sent some demons thinking Ram to be an ordinary human. Its when they all got killed, Khar himself went with his entire army and got everyone killed except Akampan, who was left alive purposely.

Meanwhile, Surpnakha realised that it was Ram who killed Tadka (her grandmother), Khar & Dushan (her brothers) and Subahu (her uncle) and he was definitely someone who could kill Ravana too.

So she nicely went and told Ravana about Sita and how she would be a perfect wife for him, and as she plotted, he got killed.

What a PERFECT BROTHER-SISTER relationship !? Yay !?

Coming to respecting women :

In Uttarakhand, Ravana raped Apsara Rambha, the daughter-in-law of his own brother Kuber. Kuber’s son Nalkuber cursed Ravana that the next time he touches a woman without her consent, his head will explode.

In Gunabhadra’s uttara puraan, Ravana again sexually assaults Manivati. Manivati swears that she will take revenge, and guess what she was reborn as Sita.

Ravana ALSO tried to rape Vedavati, grand daughter of Brihaspati. Vedavati immolated herself in fire and promised that she will be born again to cause Ravana’s destruction. She again, is said to have reborn as Sita.

P.S : had he been born today, he could have started kidnapping children keeping them locked at his palace and people would have called it a Childcare Centre.

Apocalypse - and the remains!

Does anyone remember, in the trailer of X Men Apocalypse, Apocalypse says that it has been called many names ‘Ra, Krishna, Yahweh’.

Later, a hindu group took offence of this for comparing a villain to Krishna, and a Jewish group took the same offence for Yahweh.

To bury the controversy, the statement was changed and in the movie he says, ‘Elohim, Shen, Ra’

The names Krishna and Yahweh were changed but not Ra. The reason being, there is no one left to take offence for the name Ra.

Ra is the ancient Egyptian sun god. People of the great Egypt, who had glorious history and mythology, don’t exist anymore. The Egyptian empire of Egypt is now ‘Arab Republic of Egypt’.

It blatantly proves how an entire culture got wiped out of the world due to external forces, and its pretty possible for it to happen in any era, no matter how deeply rooted, old and rich the culture maybe.

The ancient Egyptian culture is the same culture which built The Sphinx, The pyramids. The only leftovers of it that remains in this era are The Mummies, the reference of which we see in the horror movies.

There was a time when cultures used to hold empires together, they maintained a stability due to an identity that they provided, however today the modern day people hold a culture like a shackle instead of a bond, and they keep forgetting that the idea that a man can exist independent of any culture has already been found impossible.

A man will always be under the influence of a culture, society and culture mutually rise and fall. Its therefore his choice to choose whether he wants to live in his own culture or someone else’s.

RIP - Ram Jethmalani 8th Sep 2019

When Rajiv Gandhi was accused of Bofors Scandal, Ram Jethmalani through press, used to ask Rajiv Gandhi a series of questions every day.

When riot broke in Karachi, he on advise of his senior and mentor Allah Buksh Brohi, fled to India with one paisa in his pocket and stayed in refugee camps.

He then filed his first case in India against the refugee laws which treated refugees as prisoners, and won it too!!

He then fought a lot of cases for smugglers, earning him the ‘Smugglers Advocate’

When an arrest warrant was issued for him criticising the emergency, it got stayed in the bombay high court when 300 lawyers led by Nani Palkiwala appeared for him in the court.

From the assassinators of Indira Gandhi to Rajiv Gandhi to Binayak Sen, Harshad Mehta, Manu Sharma, Lalu Yadav, LK Advani, Arvind Kejriwal & Amit Shah he has defended everyone accused of gross criminal acts, keeping all his political differences aside, earning him the name ‘The Devils Advocate’

He has done things like calling China an enemy of India and Pakistan infront of the Chinese Ambassador, he has been expelled from the BJP for caling it SICK, while being a part of it, due to them being silent on corruption.

He was perhaps the biggest Criminal Lawyer this country has ever seen, and someone every advocate aspires to become.

Rest in Peace Ram Jethmalani perhaps the Devil is in trouble and needs his best advocate ❤️🙏

Forgiveness must be seeked for ones peace within, I have forgiven and moved on with the people who have caused me maximum damage, have forgiven people in my life mostly without recieving any apology, for my own peace of mind and to cleanse the space occupied by the clutter. Its only wise to do so.
I keep my Ego in relationships at bay at the same time their is no denial that my self respect on the other hand is five times my size in height and in depth.
One can glow in their eyes and beam with best opportunities, if losing you doesn’t even hurt ‘em a dime, you should Move On.
For, love is only for the people who care for that one person, more than themselves, everytime, in every circumstance, again and again and again, losing everything of their own!!Always clueless of any assurance of things working out, always sure of willingly surrendering, always choosing the chaos because deep down that’s what calms the soul, that’s what strengthens inner peace and that’s what comforts a suffering giver, Giving....!! Because only when you give people what you don’t get, have never got, or even see no sign of getting it, you score and you have plenty of it.
People who flood reluctance in their story and are forever charged with epiphany of moral discord with self, lack empathy, and can never surrender to Love.
I am plenty, plenty of Love, plenty of forgiveness, plenty of care, because I’m Love.
I’m not going to be dead, I will live in the hearts even when I am gone, for I have been bruised and scouffed at by many blameless mortals who have taught me to grow.
I’m a better person from who I used to be, I’m happy and I will survive.

August 5th 2019 and the Judgement analysis.

A lot of people are questioning the morality of today’s decision, calling it murder of democracy and other crass, also saying people of J&K have been betrayed etc etc.

Just to answer on the morality bit :

When India became independent there were 555 princely states who were given the option to join India, Pakistan or stay independent. With the instrument of accession they joined India and got what was called ‘Privy Purse’. Under the provision of Privy Purse, they were given a fixed tax free sum, Under the Article 291 of Indian Constitution.

As Deewan Jarmani Das writes ‘Thus the rulers surrendered their sovereignty and as a quid pro quo they were granted handsome privy purses and other privileges.’

Later in the year 1970, a bill was passed to abolish privy purse but it failed by one vote in Rajya Sabha. However, in September 1970, a president order was passed and it abolished the privy purse.

There were cases filed in supreme court which were clubbed together under the name of ‘Madhavrao Scindia vs Union of India’, in which an 11 judge bench declared the order invalid.

Later in 1971, again a bill in parliament was moved and this time it succeeded. Indira Gandhi knocked privy purse out of the Indian Constituition with 26th ammendment, to uphold equality among citizens and to control economic issues. People obviously protested, former Indian cricket captain Mansoor Ali Khan even contested election to defeat Indira Gandhi and bring the privy purse back.

So did Indira Gandhi breach the trust of 555 princely states !? Maybe YES as her own father and his fellow politicians had bought in 555 areas in India on the ground of giving away free money to them every year and she simply knocked it out.

YOU can term this whatever you may want to.

Do we benefit from it today !? ALSO YES! We no longer have to pay 555 states compulsorily even in economic crises, every citizen is equal in the eyes of law. Had it not been abolished, Article 291 would also have been an issue until today for the Indian Economy and people would have been bragging about how they have a special status.

Fact is, no matter how many times you call Indira Gandhi a dictator, we have bank nationalisation, there is no existence of east Pakistan nor do we have to pay 555 states money compulsorily, because YES she took some difficult steps which were considered war mongering back in the day, and she did earn a lot of backlash.

Todays judgement has been the most peaceful resolution to the J&K issue. 40 years later if children wont read ‘20 soldiers martyred in J&K’ every other day then yes it will be because someone took a solid step!

P.S : If you had no clue what Article 291 was, what privy purse was, chances are maybe your children wont ever know what Article 370 was, what special status to people in J&K meant and why soldiers were martyred in the valley every second day!

Some call Indira Gandhi, a dictator, some Iron Lady, similarly some people will cry today about fascism and some will forever remember Shri Narendra Modi as the Iron Claw and Amit Shah as the modern Chanakya.

Whether it was moral or immoral, we will learn in a few years, though ❤️🙏

Historians wrote what was unquestionable and deemed fit at that point in time, simply because all the hardwork from the scratch is not a historians job, they only took of the edge and wrote theories that suited the country’s IMAGE.
2nd October as his birthday is as absent in most of our memories as the lost desire to even know about his deaths root cause.
How disparingly low can someone stoop !? INC - such an incapable party, on so many levels. The majority population of India in recent years have been fed nothing but guilt.

Any communal issue; and someone takes out a rally ‘ashamed to be a hindu’, ashamed to be an indian’.

1) Ram Mandir - continuously highlighted the fact that, your religious & cultural significance is deterioting in the very country it originated.

2) Armed forces are abused, pellet guns opposed in situations where other countries use actual guns.

Sympathies and tears are reserved for the separatists; because brave hearts are given they were born to die!

3) Akhlaq lynching - was a national issue, but no heed to Prashanth Poojary murder.

Muzzaffarnagar riots were highlighted but Malda and Bashirhat riots were swept aside.

4) Asifa rape case was highlighted, but a recent rape of a 3 year young in the valley of Kashmir, Bandipoor, has kept away from the media radar, simply because both the victim and the accused are a Muslim and no one can blame a hindu ‘Ram’ like in Nirbhayas case !?

5) Demonitization, abolition of Triple Talaq, dilution of prevention of Atrocities act were opposed simply because The Left hated the government and not because they disliked the actual policies/steps.

6) Surgical strikes have been questioned, peace talks were suggested in response to Phulwama, Imran Khan was praised and our very own Prime Minister was announced a war monger for seeking justice!

7) Illegal slaughter houses were shut and The left behaved, as if they were left to starve.

8 ) and none can forget the infamous ‘Bharat tere tukdey tukdey hongey’ 

The whole nation was fed guilt, hopelessness and misery for so long that finally when the Congress has been thrown out, it came across as the frustration against The Left Wing.

The minimal respect The Left had for the majority sentiment, pushed the entire nation towards The Right Wing.

The population of India, isn’t communal, fascist, or hates minority because Congress was voted twice in power since 2004 to 2014, I’m not even venturing into the past.

The population obviously was frustrated by now, frustrated of seeing people stash out ‘ashamed of being a hindu’ , ‘ashamed of being an Indian’

frustrated to see people only caring for the rights of the minorities only to polish their tag of being called ‘progressive’

Its less of a love for The Right Wing and more hate for The Left.

None of us hate our neighbours, none of us care whether they are Muslim(s) or Christian(s) but we all hate being told that their rights are more inportant than ours, just because in India the majority consists of the people who are flexible for change and to accommodate it, if its for the betterment of the state, majority is always royally taken for a ride!!!!!

P.S : The truest definition of Democracy is ‘dictatorship of the majority’ The Left wing politics slowly pushed the average middle class towards the belief that no one but an elected dictator can only save the country now.

The laws are born with the nation, they grow and develop with the nation, and die as the nation dies.

The evolution of law is directly linked with the growth of the nation as a living organism. The growth will derive its strength from the inner power of the nation ; The People.

Law is the product of culture and social condition, not logic or reason, therefore it’s natural progression should neither be accelerated nor obstructed by the legislature. Ideally as an evolving process laws should evolve organically both naturally and unconsciously from one age to another as a part of constant historical growth.

Each state is an organic entity, as such, a living embodiment of the nation’s culture, intellectual, ethical, and spiritual manifestations and in order to wilfully live upto the spirit of India’s Preamble, WE The PEOPLE OF INDIA, who have solemnly resolved to constitute India into Sovereign, Socialist, Secularist, Democratic, Repulic and to secure all it’s citizens : Justice, Liberty, Equality and Fraternity should hereby come forward to Adopt, Enact and give to ourselves this Constitution.

Last time, the entire Nation stood up was for Nirbhaya, each of the other times it’s just been a political showdown. Lack of demand for justice every other time is what boils my heart, Akhlaq lynching incident, Kathua rape case, were ONLY highlighted as the religious identity of the victim or the accused, and to demean a group.

Recently, a 3 year young girl was raped in Kashmir in the holy month of Ramzan, where is the outrage !? Media !? Why is there a lack of demand for Justice !? every rape is an atrocity, heinous and unacceptable!!

Child victim !? Accused is free!? Atrocity against a Kashmiri !? Are these the headlines you are waiting to see !?

If our system of justice is dying, please understand, that the true cry for justice is also dying in this country. If it ain’t political, it ain’t nothing.

P.S : we blame the politicians for stabbing us while ourselves as a society, as HUMANS, we have poisoned ourselves!!

It's a strange sort of a set up. He injured her soul and head quite literally and yet screamed of the love he has for her. From a chatter she transformed into a silent extremist. A year and a half of her favourite fairy tale collapsed right infront of her eyes and she heard every word of that silence loud and clear. He loves her yet exhibits bipolar tenacity. She sips her tears every day and he is unaware. Her head injury denies her a peaceful nights sleep. She is horribly shaken and tries pot. The patterns and visuals she sees take her to a parallel world. He denies her the love and apology she deserves to serve his reluctance.

She has a medical condition out of nowhere. She's away from her bloodline and lives each day as it comes trying to fight her severe headaches. Did her love blind him enough not to see her pain!? Or is it the infidelity that ate them up!? Is it his parents or is it his suspension from reality!?

Is it being a Man !? to raise your hand on the woman you admire and want your kids with!? Introverts die a certain death not being themselves half the time they live, yet their actions are quite loud.

Liberal women raised in our society who are born to love a man for who he is, irrespective his financial health are considered emotional fools. The most meaningful explanation to a failed marriage is it didn't work out, only if we were inclined on its not working out - how would it!? Ever !? Please remember why you started and if you don't relate with the butterflies in the stomach, leave.

I have watched numerous movies, ate buckets of popcorn yet it's a simple message that sums it all 'whatever you allow will continue'.

Allow yourself freedom, dignity, loyalty and honesty.

Walk out if he is not giving you the love, respect and loyalty you deserve. You can not fix his relationship with his father. You can not fix his parents decorative marriage. You can not blame your love for not being strong enough to break through. It's okaye to bake yourself a batch of brownies that make you fall in love with yourself again. Don't justify, it's not a crime to be solo to try new things in life, and it's never too late.

One day all of this will make sense and that day you will have a face pronouncing how beautifully you lived.

Never let anyone tell you they spent on your hospital bills because at that time you were unfit. Grow brave. Rise up and contribute to a medical aid somewhere and forget about it. And yes if they want their bill reversed in their bank account. Write them a cheque and a note saying Thank you.

Secret keeping dated August 24, 2017

We all like to be the direction some one else is going, just once.

We've got our skin to cover all of our thoughts. Miles and miles of skin, and it's not rough, nor is it bullet proof. Our skin is soft, and smooth, and easily scarred. But does it matter!? Because they don't care how soft our skin is, they only want to hear about what our fingers do in the dark. What if all we do is crack open windows!? So to see lightening through the clouds. What if all we crave for is a jungle gym to climb for a taste of fresher air!? To reach for a notebook or a hand to hold!? No, but that's not the story they want. We don't want to be the water in the well, we don't want to be the well. But we'd like to not be the ground anymore. None of us want to be a thing, people dig their hands in anymore. How many circles can we walk in before we give up looking!? How long before we are lost for good!? It must be possible to swim in the ocean of the one you love without drowning. It must be possible to swim without becoming water yourself.

P.S : Secret keeping is learned behaviour as is the silence. There is always some one who cares enough for you to not swallow what you think is air. Some one cares enough to find out the stones tied to your feet. Talk. Just talk and you will find harmonies in my laughter, you'll find your elbows linked into tune. It wouldn't feel like you can't hum or key, anymore. Your melodies need to be heard, you need to recognise a tree, a front yard, and know that you've made it Home <3

Healing ❤️dated June 18, 2016

Depths of sadness and the brutality of loss, changes each one of us in many profound ways. Swallowed up in the deep fog of grief, one learns that when life sucks us under, we can kick against the bottom, break the surface and breathe again. We often project our current feelings out indefinitely - and experience what we think of as the second derivative of those feelings. We feel sad, then we feel sad that we feel sad, instead we should accept our feelings and 'lean in to the suck' for the current moment because tough times don't last, only tough people do. It takes us decades of denial to finally accept ourselves, yet we live happily each day, expecting the world to love and accept us.
None of us are born, with a fixed amount of resilience. Like a muscle, we can build it up, draw on it when we need it. This helps us to figure out who we really are - and we just might become the very best version of ourselves. I've learned that in the face of the void - or in the face of any challenge - we can choose joy and meaning.
I have also learnt that chess is a reflection of life. The first thing it teaches us is that every move has a consequence. So, think through things not always but often enough so that our life doesn't look as uniform and black and white like a chess board.
The game of chess has also taught me, sometimes the queen looks attractive but if she gets taken by an adversary straight after we have saved her, then we might be better off saving our castle or the bald bishop instead. Lesson - don't always choose what seems most desirable if something tells you it might get you into trouble.
And lastly, we cannot get anywhere in chess if we don't look out for the little ones - the small pawns around us. Life is like that too. If we forget the smallest of people, or become too foolish enough to imagine that the little graces we're given are of no value, we end up nowhere. We must notice the tiny things which make our existence privileged and special. Gratitude for what we have in time saves it from becoming what we had.

Taking our blessings for granted is the most ungracious stupidity, both in chess and in life.

I really thank Gautam Buddha for bringing it to light that it was Hinduism that inspired him and on the 49th day of his mediation under the bodhi tree, he was enlightened. I’m glad that Hinduism gave birth to a whole new community, where to let truth and kindness prevail are the keys.

India is middle class and her comfort lies with her land; probably that’s why she never endeavoured to capture lands like other countries. 300 years of Mughal rule, she stayed Indian, 200 years of British raj she boldly stayed Indian through it too, so her religion is not at all under threat, she has a mind of her own that thinks and frames opinions, and listens to the society time and again and tries to accommodate many conflicting thoughts that lead to confusion. She started from the scratch so she values money. She is proud to be secular but also allows bigots to participate in riots and bloodbath over religion pretty much screaming hypocrisy. She hopes for world peace but also smells skepticism with her neighbour for the valid reasons. She has a naive conscience but stays clumsy at the execution, almost reckless.

Yet she always aspires to inspire and I would always want to be born to this land, as a middle class because that’s what makes my choices and life unique.

Each one of us is collectively responsible for choosing our Muse, their 5 year term is merely a melody that won’t make any difference unless we do. You and I will still rejoice the zest and spark of exchanging pleasantries as happy diwali and eid mubarak, you and I will still relish our favourite rajma chawal and roadside vada paos, lick our fingers and feel on top of the world, you and I will still ask for the extra green chillies and mint off the hawker as our birth right and we will be granted that happiness purely because the hawkers want to stay loyal to us. It’s always us, together.

India is beautiful because of us, if we fail she fails, if we stay as one band of hero’s and exhibit heroism she’ll stay a HERO 🇮🇳 

May be this is why the defence is recruited at an innocent age where they are taught and trained to rise above their religion by birth and groomed into men to only have one religion of ‘loving the nation, nation first’ 🇮🇳

May the deserving candidate win, and stay at the shrine.

Delhi Crime & Terrorism.

‘Delhi Crime’ on Netflix - I appeal to you. You MUST, and please muster some courage to watch.

And everyone else also should watch who at all cries for the Kasabs and Wani’s I don’t understand what’s with the crying population of India. Strikes out a vigil in defence of the criminals because somewhere they stash out humanity and human rights !?  Reality check !? Which human will ever commit such heinous crimes !? It’s inhumane in the first place..exactly why one should only HANG them.

Every rape is heinous. Every act of Terrorism is unforgivable.

Watch it please, see the psychotic who is accused, the main guy who started it and shoved the iron rod inside both in the front and the back and pulled out her intestines in pieces by shoving his hand in, and with the help of the hook at the end of the iron rod.

It’s an episode of a psychotic rage and malfunction of a sane brain. He committed a suicide in the jail after all six accuses were caught and was one among the first being caught.

I SALUTE the make of Nirbhaya that she braved the gang rape and also her struggle at the hospital and gave her statement in detail.

The other male victim accompanying her in the Bus, if I were the magistrate, I would have hanged him too and kept him with the rapists in the jail.

Each of the six accuses said the male victim was just having fun with Nirbhaya in the bus. The main psychotic guy who manhandled Nirbhaya mentioned he fought with the male victim to STOP him from feeling over his girlfriend and that’s what triggered his pschycotic rage, when Nirbhaya came to rescue her male victim boyfriend. I am definitely not convinced that the rapists should have done what they did. They all lied initially about accepting the rape and were all tackled separately, but each one of the six lethals had one statement in common that the male victim was just having fun with the girl who landed up battling her life in order to save him and eventually died.

The male victim was healthier than the six accused put together. I agree the psycho rapist attacked with the iron rod, but the girl faced the rod too !? She had the same fear of loosing her life too !? If the guy was her genuine boyfriend then one could die at the hands of the rapists rather than watching his girl friend gang raped, he didn’t even survive any of the life threatening injuries. ANY. It’s clear he must have given-in, in the situation. The girl fought, she fought inspite of realising there was flesh being pumped out of her body, she kept fighting. Can you imagine her battle !?

Later thanks to one of the wise men in the special task forces it’s shown he runs a background check of the male victim to realise he had some 20 cases on his name all hidden under as his dad was some politician.

Can you imagine !? Thanks to the sane police man who believed his gut and ran the background checks on the male victim too.

Well tell me this !? Why the hell the so called juvenile in the case walked free after JUST 3 years of imprisonment !? Why was he not castrated !? and hanged !? WHY !?

Why the male victim was set free after propagating that he underwent massive emotional trauma !? Why the 20 cases registered under his name didn’t catch any limelight to say the least after Nirbhaya case !?

Emotional trauma !? Do we know, Nirbhaya was NOT the only girl friend that the goon was having a good time with !?

Such men deserve nothing but castration too.

Watching all the 7 episodes raise some serious concerns on who should one attempt to Date and Trust, and be alert at all times. Women are ONLY safe until they become their own kings first. Men who are ‘supposed’ to save them and stand as a shield before crime are the first ones who give-in, in these situations and then question what was the Police doing !? While all this was happening in a moving bus on the main road !?

Really !? How much a police can do !? When we ourselves don’t keep our security prime !? Trusting another soul with ones security is a big decision we MUST take wisely. Don’t trust anyone blindly. There are first dates and then there are relationships, there are men who cheat, or give you all possible hints that they lack at being a MAN. So please stay wise at all times, even god helps those who help themselves. Help yourself and become TOUGH. Cry as much but don’t continue to date scumbags. There are real MEN out there too. Wait for your time, and date your own self first as to know exactly who you are and what matters.

Love is NOT blind, dates and dating could be Blind.

Laws really need to be revised and made strict. Being alert is a choice. Behaviour is a choice. Conduct is a choice, and just like happiness all of them are inside jobs. Delhi is NOT a rape capital, I was raised in The Capital, and I alone can trash a guy if he dares come remotely close to me. Humiliating powers are in every girls hands, do not worry about what the society will think, what your friends will feel. If any man makes you uncomfortable please set him right there and then, there is NO TOMORROW, such men grow in their vulgar minds the moment you spare them, and since women always care about the reputation of their men in the society, dads and brothers is the reason why they mostly stay SHUT. I haven’t met ANY WOMAN wanting to stay SHUT as a aftermath of any assault as her first hand reaction. If Fathers, brothers and husbands come to light, then every rape will be reported and such rapists won’t muster courage to upgrade their level of crime.
